How do I apply for an apartment/duplex/house?
Once you have viewed the apartment/duplex/house you are interested in living each adult who will be living in the home will need to fill out an application and pay the application fee. For additional information go to the “Forms” page and you will find our application process.

 

Do you screen your residents and how much does it cost?
Yes, we review criminal history, public records, rental history, employment stability, and credit history on each prospective resident. This is a $35 non-refundable fee. For additional information go to the “Forms” page and you will find our application process.

 

What is the best part of town to live in?
The best part of town is the part of town that best meets all of your needs. What do you need to be living near? Your employment? Your school? Daycare for children?

 

Do you take Section 8 recipients?
No. Our office no longer is taking assistance at this time. 

 

How much does it cost to move in?
The security deposit, non-refundable fee and prorated rent, need to be paid prior to moving in. 

 

Do you accept pets? How much does it cost?
We are a very pet friendly company.  Each available rental on the daily listing will give details on what kind of pet will be accepted at each unit. There is a $200 non-refundable fee for pets under 30 pounds and $300 non-refundable fee for pets over 30 pounds. A pet fee is collected for each pet. We do not accept any pets with a history of aggressive, violent or threatening behavior. We do not accept Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, Sharpay or any mixed breeds of those types of dogs. ALL dogs need to come into our office for a pet interview prior to approval. Please contact the office for additional information about our pet policy.

 

Will I get new locks when I move in?
All locks are re-keyed with each new tenancy. We will give you information about the procedure for getting your locks changed when we go over your rental agreement.  

 

I want to move out, what do I do?
You must give us a 30-day notice in writing, verbal notice is not acceptable. You can print a 30-day notice form off the website or you can come down to the office and fill one out. Please be sure to include your forwarding address.
